International Organic Company (IOC) to stabilny i innowacyjny contract manufacturer of dietary supplements, operating for over 15 years on international markets. We carry out our projects in accordance with the highest standards, such as ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, which guarantees recognition from many leading brands.
We are currently expanding our B2B sales and project management departments, creating a new team that has a real impact on the direction of the company's development. We are looking for people with ambition and passion for achieving goals - those who can become leaders at higher levels of the organization in the future.
Your role:
- B2B Sales: Carrying out sales processes based on leads flowing into the company – you don’t have to search for customers yourself. Developing offers and participating in negotiations, supported by an experienced team.
- Project management: Coordination of contract manufacturing of dietary supplements – from initial quote to final product delivery. Collaboration with support departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Development of the offer and innovations: Analysis of market trends, participation in the creation of new product concepts and formulas, and support in research and development projects.
- Attention to quality and compliance: Operating in accordance with applicable regulations (GMP, ISO, HACCP, GIS) and internal standards; cooperation with legal and quality departments to ensure the highest class of products.
- Contribution to process improvement: Working with the CRM system (Pipedrive), regularly reporting results and entering data, and actively proposing improvements.
Who are we looking for?
- Higher education (medicine, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy or related fields) – facilitates understanding of processes and products. Academic knowledge in these fields is a prerequisite.
- Knowledge of English (min. B2) – working with foreign clients and documentation requires fluent communication.
- Ambition, openness and the desire to develop – we value people who think long-term and actively acquire new skills.
- Organizational and multitasking skills – working on several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Communication skills – free communication with both clients and colleagues.
Additional advantages:
- Experience in B2B sales or project management (even short).
- Knowledge of trends in the dietary supplements and health nutrition industry.
- Basic support for CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive) and office tools (Office).
