International Organic Company (IOC) and EKLAVYA BIOTECH PVT LTD are pleased to announce a strategic partnership. From today, EKLAVYA BIOTECH PVT LTD, based in India, becomes a subsidiary of International Organic Company Sp. z o. o., registered in the European Union.
This partnership aims to expand both companies' capabilities in raw material production and biotechnology development, providing a strategic addition to the portfolio IOC. EKLAVYA BIOTECH PVT LTD, specializing in advanced biotechnology solutions, will now work closely with IOC, providing raw materials that meet the highest European standards, which is an expression of both companies' commitment to excellence and innovation.
Operations IOC in Poland, which include the production of cosmetics, dietary supplements and the development of raw materials and technologies, will remain unchanged and will continue at our production plants in Poland. The partnership with EKLAVYA BIOTECH PVT LTD expands these activities and is an important step towards strengthening global presence IOC.
New leadership roles have been taken on as part of this partnership. Olimpia Baranowska – President of the Management Board IOC, now also serves as director and co-owner of EKLAVYA BIOTECH PVT LTD, committed to supporting the growth and strengthening of both companies' position in the market.
